I want you to be happy with your product. While all of my designs are created from my original artwork, these products are printed on demand by third party sources. What does that mean for you?
First, I have done my best to research and sample the quality of each item. If you are not happy with your item, I want to know about it. I have choice in the printers I use and if they are not producing to your satisfaction, I can either choose another printer or stop offering that product.
Second, because I have choice in who I choose, I choose printers from the United States. I want to support local economies while reducing shipping times as much as possible.
Because these orders are printed on demand, once an order has been sent to production, you can no longer edit any details or cancel it. If the shipment details are incorrect (wrong size, color, etc.) the printers will not offer replacements or refunds. However, if the printer messes up, like a manufacturing error, printing issues and such, a replacement will be offered.
Finally, I’m new to this. If you have an issue, please allow me grace and time to figure out how to make it right.
